Really impressive of late, and I can't say I expected it. He went from zero aura and bomb scare to best defender in the team in a span of two weeks.
Has really stepped up when we need him the most. If he performs like this against PSG, I'll never say a bad word about him again.

Bayern has been signing a lot of trash defenders lately, if they weren’t in a one team they would have been punished for it more severely.

Also it's no coincidence that saliba has started making mistakes when partnered with him. That lad has done well but really we need someone more elite.

Oh yeah, Saliba passing directly to defenders in our 3rd is Kiwior’s fault.

It's difficult to be positive when you go out of a tournament but I've been really impressed with him. His one poor pass today is about the only mistake he's made (and Ødegaard and Partey compounded it with their stupidity). I'm really proud of the work he's put in and I hope that he either gets more chances next season to keep everyone fresh or he gets a move that allows him to start somewhere because there's a good player in there and I hope he gets the chance to develop into that player.

He’s not going to suddenly become a rotation option next season, we need to sell while value is high.

Big flaw with Arteta is discarding players before moving them on.
