Think that's harsh - he's a reasonably solid back up with some nice attributes e.g. cross field passing and crucially he's reliably fit, which sets him apart from arguably better players in Calafiori and Tomiyasu. He was pretty good in both run-ins of the 23/24 and 24/25 seasons.
