In all honesty though, if we end up signing that B-U-M Ødegaard then Bell got blood on his hands for getting us excited about Maddison
It's clear the contacts about this deal are not very open with thier info unlike with Partey. The Bell clearly have little info and not giving us clear updates

Spray was literally saying Maddison was the priority and not Odergaard ever since this rumor came to be...
Maddison might be the number 1 because he better player and more suited i won't mind getting 1 of them we don't need to leave it late and end up with neither

Bell is the most reliable source we have.
We already spent about 70m this window we won't put 70m on Maddison when probably need another 50m or more for CM RB and GK. Seem un Arsenal thing to do specially during these covid times also don't forget we struggling to sell anybody if we successful in this regard we may go for Maddison but currently we not sold anybody
