buying we have no problem selling yeah it's major problem apart from the usual rich club in europe everyone afraid to spend money now it's PL clubs who usually heavy spenders after the TV deal.

I don't think we have much money either.

not the imaginary 250M but we got enough money to improve the team we already did put 75M on 3 players but i think we'll need few good sales to get a very quality attacking mid or we'll settle with someone cheap like Aouar.

I honestly don't know if the club fear Arteta won't deliver and are trying to keep valuable assets for a possible next regime, while still backing Arteta.

Makes no sense to keep hoarding so many players.

Reckon Kolasinac doesn't move and Tavares gets loaned closer to deadline day.

Unless you're Arsenal, then you get quotes normal prices for players you want to bring in.
Like 33 million for buendia. Arsenal are absolute nightmare to deal with. Look how long it took to sign a kid from Anderlecht and the club even feeds the media Artetas relationship with kompany made the deal happen.

our club may as well buy nobody if they think that edu should improve the team no matter who the manager is Arteta won't be here forever the modern day manager average stay at clubs is 2-3 years max so it's vital you improve your team every year. Also edu should stop listen to Arteta he forced AMN stay and he didn't play him now we struggling to sell edu now shouldn't allow that with Willock we all know he not gonna get any game time.

Shambles, we could easily have used Willock, any competent manager could. But no, Arteta's football requires very specific players apparently. Elneny, Holding and Lacazette are suited to it but Willock isn't, that says it all. No doubt Willock will be a success and Newcastle is merely a stepping stone, we'll live to regret this.

Edus role is redundant. If Arteta don’t work out there is no way Arsenal can get a decent manager. You can’t tell next manager you will be just a coach unlike Arteta who we a manager. If you can give this much power to a rookie like Arteta. What manager will agree to less power?

Im sorry, are you saying we should have no technical director?

No I’m saying we absolutely should have a technical director who builds the squad. Managers come and go. We signed Emery as coach, Arteta as a coach and then he talked himself into manager. That decision will have serious effect on our search for next manager if Arteta don’t work out. How is any experienced manager gonna accept less say than rookie Arteta? Atleast if we stuck by football director the message would be consistent. Arsenal is run by football director and everyone knows where they stand

like the move providing he has signed even a short extension & no set fee decided for next summer

think selling him this summer could have come back to haunt us & really put pressure on Edu / Mik

Despise Arteta and Edu.

How can the club let this run? They’re literally making the worst possible decision in each scenario.

Also, what do we gain from loaning Willock out when he’s in this sort of form? You either integrate him in or sell him. We could have probably made 45m for both AMN and Willock.

Whether you rate Willock or not this would prove to be a very silly decision. If we're struggling to sell players and money is tight then you have to use what you've got, that is the role of a coach after all.

If someone like Steve Bruce can get a song out of Willock then there's no reason Arteta shouldn't be able to if he's as good a coach as we've been led to believe.
