That’s not true, all the top teams have regular starters in their 30s. If anything players last longer in todays game.It is in today's game.
Kyle Walker just turned 34 and he's the oldest regular starter on a big 6 club.
Very few guys past age 31 or 32 are currently still able to perform as regular starters with big clubs, especially in the PL with the level of pace required relative to Italy or whatever.
(and I thought Jorginho did very well last weekend, for the record)
The game has shifted *a lot* younger over the past 10 or 20 years.
