Yeah and I think they just enjoy tickling people up the wrong way for entertainment. We all do it but lack self awareness.
Yeah, but Zlatan is genuinely funny. Like in his last interview.

Mou looks the pervert oldie who keeps staring at you, and you know that he will go home and beat his wife.

Weird. I'd have thought he was the sort who'd beat up others for his wife. Its another matter he'd more like plot a horrific plan and take no part in it himself.

Interesting, I find Zlatan's persona as an artificially inflated symbol of a strong man.
His way of talking ticks me off as that of a poor actor and does not come across as genuine at all.

Yes, its a mask that he uses to protect an immature ego. But that immature ego and living up to that false persona made him the player he is. Its the same with Cristiano Ronaldo. That drive and performance comes from that feeling of hurt, trauma, inadequacy and inferiority that they experienced in early childhood development phase. Performing on pitch is where they run away from it to create a reality where they don't feel that away. Its their outlet for expression of that pain. They need to be reassured about their worth over and over again which creates extra incentive to go beyond themselves in performance.

I get what you are saying.

Mourinho might be the more genuine person, who is serious but he tries hard to give off funny vibes. It would be better if he just stayed serious like lvg.

Zlatan is incredibly OTT in his interview so you can differentiate the fake and the real

Right, and then I don't get people who fawn over anything that comes of of Zlatan types.
The sort of Chuck Norris type memes that are associated with him, or the ridiculous spins from the arrogant words he says.

Think at the beginning it definitely was the usual strong man behaviour by Zlatan. Then he seems to have matured and found humour and kind of transcended the behaviour into an act. It's just been recently that I found he's dialed it up maybe a little too much and at times comes across like Adam Sandler - a comedic actor who's humour and jokes have been overused and left behind by time a little.

Sky reporting Mourinho’s waiting for the right club.

After the Chelsea and United debacle, any top team would be crazy to appoint him. The guy just irritates everybody at the club.

Will be interesting if he goes to a club like Arsenal spending 5th in the league. Then we’ll see who’s a specialist in failure when he can’t buy his way to a trophy.

I don't think he takes himself as seriously as other people seem to do tbh. It's a gimmick that he has fun with.

He was underrated for most of his career, I'm okay with him having the hype that he had in his latter years because of that. That Sweden vs England game was the start of the gimmick.

No but a new project would definitely consider him, he brings a lot to the table and would be a big name i.e. if Newcastle got their Qatari takeover he would be the ideal guy.

Jesus. You think Emery’s that bad, you want a manager who in his last two clubs upset the dressing rooms, criticised players in public, had some sort of moody breakdown and took two of the richest teams in the Prem well below their expected positions, one almost to the bottom of the league . . . and got sacked both times?

And he was the first to see thru Peps smug facade.

If only Wenger hadnt been so arrogant....
