I rate him more than Guardiola. You have to give the old German cannibal credit. This is his first real rebuild and after one poor year he's got a team that has no business being top of the league based on talent playing extremely well without their best player. If he wins this year it would be remarkable and deserved. He's definitely gone up in my estimation, this would be far more impressive than the other league title.

He doesn’t need billions and to cook the books to win something.
How about beating Bayern to double while selling them his best player every year. Plus it is proven Pep cheated at the two places he won the most at. And he has never managed anything but a giant financially who bullied the rest of leagueIt is hard to compare tho, @SA Gunner made a good point in the other thread even if Klopp did have unlimited resources like City do would he have been able to replicate Pep's success in similar circumstances? It's hard to know. Definitely the job Klopp's done is more impressive in terms of taking Liverpool from where they were to CL finalists then winners and PL runners up, to league champions on 99 points, having a bit of blip and then getting them back up again. It's seriously impressive. I'm not sure there's a single manager who could've done what he's done.
Mourinho is one of the most succesful managers of 21st century. But he never had to rebuild any squad because he never stayed in same club 3 years or more.It is hard to compare tho, @SA Gunner made a good point in the other thread even if Klopp did have unlimited resources like City do would he have been able to replicate Pep's success in similar circumstances? I prefer his style of football in general and before he went to Liverpool he was the guy I most wanted to succeed Arsène down the line. What he did in beating that Bayern team with Dortmund was incredible. What he did competing with City in the first iteration of his Liverpool team was also incredible, putting up those sort of points. Did he greatly benefit from Barcelona's stupidity in giving him all that money for Coutinho? Absolutely but that was organic rather than some oil sugar daddy producing 115 charges. What he's doing now is impressive and he deserves credit. It would be much more impressive than anything Pep has done in England.I rate him more than Guardiola.

Had Klopp remained quiet and Egypt went out by losing to Cape Verde, then Salah could have returned to Liverpool without anyone knowing what was going to happen.
