What a warrior this bloke is. To do what’s he’s done this season, he’s probably my player of the year all things considered.

Two surgeries in two seasons is a worry though.
Yeah he is an absolute warrior, you can tell he is not 100% in many games but because White is injured he soldiered on.

No doubt he waited for White to be back before deciding to fix his injuries once and for all.

The good thing it's his ankle not his knee I'd be more worried if it's his knee because Jesus when had his ACL his knee injures kept bother him.

Another reason Arteta and club need to have more players next season we need at least 26 squad players to compete on 4 competition

If this guy is injured again, then I will personally fly out to wherever Cripple Tomiyasu lives and Spirit Bomb him ffs.

Tomi barely being able to play a minute for the last 18 months has almost killed Timber and White 😭

He is 23 and injury free he could quickly become the best RB in Europe. I think we have a real gem here.

Really strange because at Ajax he was never injured. I wish him the best recovery because he is a gem.
An ACL injury is a freak injury and there are routinely secondary little injuries in the first year back. It's frankly abnormal that he has been able to play as many minutes as he has at the level he has coming back from that injury and I'm stunned he wasn't forced out through secondary injury earlier.

It's been borderline negligent the way some of our players have been forced to gut out matches clearly not fully fit and he has probably done that more than anyone while being the player who should have been protected most.

As long as there isn't a repeat of this injury crisis next season, I expect him to be fine going forward but this ankle injury is on the club overplaying him coming off of an injury that should have seen him eased back in and paced more than he has been.

That's at least 3-4 months, and a good reason why some sources say our number 1 priority this summer is for a CB.
Given that they have not specified what exactly the procedure is, there is no way of knowing that.

He has played too many minutes this season, returning from his ACL injury from August 2023.

The problem is that 2 other players who play RB for Arsenal (White, Tomiyasu) had their own surgeries and missed large part of this season.
Situation was so bad that Partey had to play RB in some matches which is not good.
Because Partey is not good as RB and if he plays there, we miss him in midfield.

Horrible season for us, regarding injuries.

I remember saying in the match thread vs PSG that it seems like Timber is struggling to run and is playing through injury. Turns out to be true. He couldn't really overlap much and was not his usual self defending. It must have hurt so bad.

Hope it doesn't come back to haunt him and make him injury prone. Tomiyasu was playing through injury vs Liverpool in the Carabao and ****ed him permanently.

Why the feck are we risking players health and careers like this? I mean some players you can’t do anything about the injuries like Big Gabby and Jesus. But it’s pretty clear we were pushing Timber, Havertz and Saka to the brink. These quotes from Jurrien are damning.

That’s Arrera for you. Every starter will be worn down and ruined by him. Players have to be strong and say no I need rest as he doesn’t believe in fatigue. He did say top players is supposed to play 70 games a season

Arsenal Quotes

Right from his very first match, when Patrick Vieira was as yet unknown to the English public, he showed just how talented he was. No one disputed his ability, and he gave me the credibility and the hold over the club that I needed to take it in the direction I wanted. He and Emmanuel Petit became a duo that would remain forever etched in the memories of Arsenal fans.
