what about moving Lyungberg up front cause he was a striker when we bought him and hes a proacher and makes great runs and then put pennant right midfield and toure right back and get senderos fully fit and get him settled with sol campbell and keep vieira and gilberto in centre midfield i think this might work wenger should try it

and then next season if we do get yaya toure put him in the centre of midfield and rotate the centre of midfield abit to keep everyone fit

I'm not sure I've ever seen FL successfully receive and hold onto the ball with his back to the goal, something any forward has to be able to do in this day and age

Yeah but buying a NEW striker and buying a STRIKER would be very different than converting Ljungberg from right midfield to striker.
Doing this could cause unease umongst squad not to mention ljungberg and he might have the attributes to be a striker but he would take time to settle. Which quite frankly we don't have time to convert a winger-striker.
Bringing someone in is different. Thats if he was an actual striker.
