Explain your solution then.

Yeah nah tell him he needs to come up with a solution today.

I think what he's saying is something along the lines of it's easier to upgrade the left wing than CF.

I kinda disagree because the best wingers in the game aren't really known for their defensive traits, which is a non-starter for Mikel so I don't think it's as easy to improve on Martinelli as it's made out.

Also I am not as down on CF's as this forum is, I think there is certainly much better out there than Havertz. Havertz is a rehabilitation job that people have gotten confused. Arteta put his credibility on the line with Havertz so he's really forcing him to work at the cost of aesthetics and even results at times.

I mean, what's the alternative?

Trossard false 9? Jesus up top? Martinelli? All guys who can't really hit a barn door right now.

The manager sure as sh*t ain't going to change the way we play. Like @db10_therza so eloquently put, this is Haram football by design.

At most, we'll go back to pressing teams well, getting turnovers and being a bit more quick and vertical about it, but this sh*t is never going to be "pretty" football.

It makes no sense to try and think of a solution - immediate or otherwise - if we don't change the way we play.

I just don't see any solutions here, @shoot for the top is right about you.

When we talking about left wing solutions. Can we all stop pretending that it’s not Rashford Arteta is thinking off?

To replace Nelli, you will have to spend a lot of money. Leão, Rodrygo, Kvaradonna - that sounds like a summer deal. We can't afford another stopgap like Trossard or a developmental project. If you look around Europe, the most expensive attacking players are wide forwards. As for the CF market, it is full of young talent that can bench Havertz. Chelsea bought Nicolas Jackson for £35 million. Duran went to Villa for about £30 million. Liam Delap transferred to Ipswich for around £25 million.

Remember when Adrian Clarke blew his load too early into the season?

Best PR in the game hands down. It’s actually pretty bad how they go out of their way to alter opinions to this extent.

Great players don't need this sort of coverage and tactical analysis to show they are great it's not algebra.

Delap is not benching Havertz. Come on now

Delap is a better CF than Havertz. Do not argue with me when it comes to player ID. I'll give you until 10 PM to delete this or else you'll feel my never-ending scorn. Tick tock

Best PR in the game hands down. I've been saying it all year round too not just when he's not scoring, it's actually pretty bad how they go out of their way to alter opinions to this extent.
Me even when he was scoring at the start of the season:
