He has to be healthy. I think it will take him a while to get to his previous levels. In the meantime, we need Gyokeres to add some value to the team if we want to win the league.

When we're chasing games we need to experiment with two up front.
I think we have a very suitable side for it, so it definitely has to be the Plan B. It's not only about the pairings of Gyök, Kai, Merino, and Jesus, it's also that Rice, Merino, Zubi, Ode, MLS, and Nørgaard are all suitable to the 4-4-2.

No surprise he’s considered first choice - he’s the clubs highest paid player and one of Artetas golden boys, so of course he was going to play him! It also looks bad having a near £300k a week player on the bench.

If Teta tries his midfield antics again this season will end in tears. Kai is a worse midfielder than Merino.

State of our striker situation lol. Could’ve never imagined that I’d say this a few months ago but I can’t wait for his return

expected back before Christmas? So that’ll be the league cup against Palace? Doubt he gets thrown in against Everton away next week.
Havertz, Gyokeres, Jesus and Merino isn’t bad options to have. All fully fit, and on form, and Jesus is still our best option, sadly I can’t see him being at the level we need now.

Isn’t even in training yet and they expected him back before Christmas. Isn’t Everton our last game before that?
Don’t see him being in contention for that since he hasn’t been on the pitch in months.

Merino is starter in Spain NT midfield, together with Pedri and Zubimendi.
I don't think that he would be starter there if he is so bad.

If you want to tell us that Havertz is bad midfielder, try some other comparison.

Arsenal Quotes

It was a unique moment, a football fairytale. Was there anyone left who still believed I could give that kind of performance? Probably only Arsène Wenger.
