• To all AM members and guests.

For the start of the new season, Arsenal Mania has relaunched the news side of the site. All articles are written by genuine Arsenal fans with no hidden agenda. You can visit the site via the menu at the top of the forum pages or go direct to our homepage

Additionally, Arsenal Mania is now sending all its registered members a bi-weekly Briefing Bulletin containing a digest of news and views from both parts of the site. Some of you may have already received the first edition and those that haven't should do so before the big kick off against United. If you are a guest visitor to this forum then if you join as a member, you will automatically receive the Bulletin.

Please support both these initiatives and help ensure the long term future of our site.

You may discuss this in the thread

we'll see but if he become available there will be many teams after him.
We're starting to make our way to the front of this queue now, still behind the super clubs but the world has seen us slap both madrid teams and more recently Bayern. Only lost to the eventual winners in the CL semis and the whole world can see we just need an elite forward or two.

If I'm a young forward who backs myself I'm thinking that I'll be the guy who makes the difference.

This article sayjng he’s a number 10. I’ve only ever seen clips of him, but he looks like a Trossard style wide player.
That is what he is for the national team. He plays centrally for Juve but on the left for the national team. Turkey has Arda Güler, Hakan Çalhanoğlu, and Orkun Kökçü for the central positions so Kenan never plays there.

He's more like Eze then. We really need an actual LW
remember we have Jesus leaving and Trossard/Kai/Nelli all approaching sell/extend years and not really looking like they should be extended due to wages or age. We’re about to see a lot of turnover in our forward areas with arguably 4 attackers who need to be replaced.

Taking into account that we have Noni and Eze , you can probably get away with replacing the four I mentioned with three players, maybe even two.

Either way there’s enough room for us to get Yildiz and a natural LW. Or maybe we go natural LW and ST or who knows, maybe a Trossard type is Mikel’s preferred left wing.

If a Trossard type player like Yildiz is he's preferred LW then I'd go all in for him & maybe Arteta is finally starting to realise he can't keep Trossard around forever & now looking at a young replacement, seeing if he is keen to make the move to the PL & Arsenal. I'll be all for bringing him in.

When I arrived, an Arsenal share was worth £800; it subsequently rose continuously in value and by the time I left it stood at £17,000.
