Arguably not his worst moment in a Carabao Cup Final either:

This is wat Sarri will be known for his time in England. Lost all respect as a manager in an instant. Kepa went on to perform poorly in the shootout and Chelsea lost.

Kepa's punishment? Some token fine and being benched for one game. No Sarri wasn't sacked straight away. Wish he was as he beat us that season in the Europa League final.

Strangely about 2 or 3 years later something similar happened. This time Kepa was on the bench and Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel subbed him in just for the penalty shootout. Everyone scored their penalties....except Kepa. He blasted his wildly over the bar lol. Ouch.

An absolute disgrace. If that happened to me I would have got my heavies to frog-march him out of the stadium and literally bury him in a ditch, never to be seen again.

So this is why Kepa has gone from the most expensive keeper in the world to bargain basement?

My prayers ARE getting stonger

A little reminder to those upset about signing Chelsea cast offs. They have been ruthlessly snapping up the top young talents in Europe over the last couple of years, and are continuing to do so despite an already enormous squad.

There are going to be a fair number of those young players who don't get an opportunity to shine unless at one of their sister clubs, like the guy at Strasbourg last year. We shouldn't rule out signing players from them, but we DO need to be more selective.

At least Sterling could be given back. Kepa will be a much better option than Neto to give Raya a rest so he doesn't snap his hamstring next.

Good signing, especially for a back up role...but I just wish we stopped signing cast offs from Chelsea, the amount of times we have done it recently is crazy.

Every season since 22/23 we have got one while being miles better than them too, it's really annoying...clubs shouldn't do this when they are on the up, it's not a good look imo...we even directly funded Chelsea's Palmer bid by taking Havertz off them for a high fee, a player none of us now want starting at Arsenal ffs!

Plenty of back up keepers out there, just wish we got one of them instead.

Just be happy we are not spending all summer negotiating for a keeper only to fail to sign them. Again. Thats where I am with it all.

Why is there numerous pizza boxes beside him in that pic?

Is that his special character ability if you select him, he can rapid spawn pizzas... transfer is looking better if so!

Also that record is looking pretty dodgy if they had two keepers in goal. Points deduction imo
