Kieran Tierney: The Long GoodBhoy

Potentially, however he remains a very good player who we could still gain a sale or loan fee for.

The timing of this latest injury is heartbreaking for him, he is a very honest player who deserves better treatment than given here.

If he is close to fitness then I expect a deadline day move, no point anyone signing him before then. I would think some clubs may enquire about a loan with obligation to buy in January if he plays a minimum number of games before then (i.e. gets fit and shows form).
I totally agree with this, he's been given a rotten deal in the injury lottery. Seems a good lad by all accounts, but that is how it goes sometimes.

No one is paying money for him, he can't stay fir for 5 minutes. His career is toast

Is there a chance we loan him out or even release him? I feel bad for him tbh. Good boy but body is like Diaby

No incentive to release him. Only way that happens if Tierney gives up decent chunk of his salary which he won't.

Mutual termination could be on the cards in January.

Then again, if you are Tierney, you know the current contract is perhaps the best you'll have in your career. It makes sense to see it out. He has to look out for his interests, and with his injuries....

I think if he can get back reasonably fit he will go back to Celtic on loan with us paying a large chunk of his wages in January.

He has two years left on his contract, next summer with 1 year left he wont attract any reasonable fee, simply his injury record is cronic, good player when fit but never is for long.

I believe the target of anything in life should be to do it so well that it becomes an art.
