See Wigan are in talks with Shaun Maloney to replace Kolo, a man who's only manager experience is failing hard in Scotland with Hibs...state of that!

Sad for Kolo but the experience won't have harmed him. He just has to plan his next move carefully. Lampard already looks like a next gen Pardew.
