He's bringing through loads of academy talent, won a title with a inconsistent squad, got the likes of De Jong to come back from big slumps etc

Not sure about him but shown more than Arteta at the same stage for sure

Imanol is the real gem if he speaks English and would leave the club he loves, damn his teams play sexy and effective football. Xavi is much better, Barca have no money. Look how he snatched Auba and saved CL for free. Barca are not the financial powerhouse they were. He is winning with mostly kids. AM can’t rate managers to save their life, look at Arteta.
