Feel he was our best player today, but even he left the pitch having pretty much cost us the game with his late miss ffs.

No one can ever be likeable it seems

He was just offside I think, should of timed his run better and certainly should of hit the net.

He had a good game, Martinelli also.

Yeah he was really good. Rare times that he really excelled after starting a game.

This is probably the best run of performances he's strung together in ages. For a while he was getting goals/assists but his overall play outside of the final actions was very poor, but he's looked totally rejuvenated the past few games. Fantastic intensity on him today

He's not a worldie and has been 50/50 during his time here overall, but if you ask me I think he's been maximum value as far as signings go.

My main things with him is I just wish we had gotten him younger and that he probably shouldn't have played as much in the past 2 seasons. I think Trossard is quality though, always have.

Tbf, when we signed him I don't think anyone would've thought he'd still be starting 2 year later. We signed him when we were seriously short bodies in our front three being without Jesus so many saw him as a good opportunistic signing to help us that season and be a decent squad option going forward.

You get decent output with him over the course of the season and he's got that bit of quality we sometimes lack with Martinelli and Havertz so currently he's pretty essential in that regard.

Inconsistent at times, but imo still our best finisher. Will never be the player that will raise our level of play.

Why not? We might see an overcorrection in attack and start stockpiling attackers

We should start to play better football again with Leo upfront as opposed to Havertz at least, he's a better footballer than Kai and we can't just become over dependant on crosses from open play now too.

We just need one of Saka or Gabby back soon now, as Sterling starting in 2025 is a pure joke for a title challenging team.
