I think United have a chance of getting into the top 4. They looked much better in the Shield, far more compact and able to find each other quickly.

Will be interesting to see how Slot settles and how Emery and Ange push on from last season. I see there being an extended battle for top 4 featuring United, Liverpool, Sp**s, Villa. Possibly a free Newcastle as well.

Its totally their fault buying crocks then complaining of injuries.

They did the same with Varane, Casemiro and now De Ligt. I know this as I had debates with United fans at each occasion. And predictably when those got injured they'd cry luck.
I agree bad buys. He probably should have been fired for Antony alone just like Mik should’ve been fired for Willian or Holding or Kai. No one forced him to keep playing Willy

You guys are the ones who are saying Mik’s 8th place is better than ETH’s; and not mentioning FA cup you guys sound like the Sexuals to me
They're both bad. FA cup is just a small piece of silver in a river of ****e. The overall season was bad. inconsistency gallore. 6th, 3rd and 8th is not really that much better than Mikels first 3 years.

This year the league will be much tougher than last two years

Oh ofcourse you'd love being humiliated week after week to win a lucky FA Cup. Did you prefer Arteta's first season over these last 2 seasons as a fan? I doubt it

Every team has injuries. We lost the title the season before last because Saliba was out. That didn't stop you going all in for Teta over it

Also guess what, if you buy old players like Ten Hag and United has done, they're going to get injured more often. That's part of his actual management
None of the things you guys say convinced me that Mik’s trophyless 8th place is better than ETH’s 8th place plus FA cup. Call me crazy

And in the end they still lost to a 3rd string City team. Their signings barring Yoro, who's injured, are pretty overpriced or average. Zirzkee seems useless, that RB reminds me of us signing Santos and De Ligt they're paying 170k a week who's a crock and sold by every club he's been to.

They'll be back to 8th by Nov, ETH sacked by Dec.

Bro we with no striker or left back and started Evans, Maguire and had Pellestri playing right back.

Both had their weaker sides on but CIty's depth would walk into most Premier League teams.

Not only Saliba, Tomiyasu also.
Basically 2 players on the riht side of our defense.

And nobody speaks how we played last season without Partey and Timber, 2 players.

Here let me break it down into math for you:

8 th place +FA cup>8th place-FA cup

If you dispute this obvious reality, i got bad news for you; you are a Mik Sexual. The cure? No Athletic for 6 months and reading my genius commentary on AM regularly

See you keep being disingenuous here and avoiding the question. I asked you if you'd have Arteta's last 2 seasons or Ten Hag's season of humiliation last year. You completely avoided the question

You're also comparing Arteta with 1 transfer window to a Ten Hag with 400m pounds spend. Both won FA Cups all the same.

I also wanted Arteta out in his second half season, until it was pointed out to me that his form had improved significantly. His seasons after that made me back him to the hilt because he improved the team drastically

You're like a reverse DJ Khaled, all you do is lose.

Both Arteta and ETH have finished 8th and won an FA Cup in the same season, Arteta in 2020 and ETH in 2024.

Arsenal Quotes

What does Arsenal mean? It means class. The structure of the Club, everything has a classy feel about it. It isn't always about success, there is more than that and this is what makes it a cut above the rest.
