Mourinho in the PL:
9 (10 taking into account the current one, that doesn't look too good) seasons, 3 league titles, 1 FA Cup, 4 League Cups, 1 Europa League, 2 Community Shields, 2 finishes outside the top-4 during seasons he has been involved in.
Wenger in the PL:
22 seasons, 3 league titles, 7 FA Cups, 0 League Cups, 7 Community Shields, 0 Europa Leagues but one CL final, 2 finishes outside the top-4 during seasons he has been involved in.
I mean, sure Mourinho has been more successful per season, but considering he's had superior squads what he's been doing isn't impressive even if it is projected to 22 years, let alone if he was 22 years consecutively at the same club which always leads to some stagnation. He also belongs in a newer generation and his management should now be going into it's over-the-hill phase. Granted not all managers experience that, but with Mourinho it sure looks like it's happening.
Both pioneers and greats that revolutionized the game, with Mourinho having incredible success with continental clubs, but as a PL great I'd have Wenger comfortably ahead of him as of now. Mourinho wasn't even here during most of the golden years of the PL to compete against what might be the best English side of all time.
