I suspect that if we would have signed him we would have seen a bounce-back when he went into a good team with quality structure.
Instead he went from the career-destroying manager carousel in Chelsea to the career-destroying Ten Haag gong show at United. Basically everyone has been underachieving at both of those clubs.
