Utd is a clown show and ill say managers, especially young ones probably don’t have what it takes to sort it out, it’s a big job.

Utd need Wenger, Klopp to come in. Maybe Tuchel after next summer.
United need an air strike to hit Old Trafford and a lorry full of salt to quench the soil after.

Outside of us winning the league or CL them getting relegated would be the greatest thing that could happen in English football.

Exactly. I hope they'll head for relegation, fire Amorim and get the old gang back together to save the club. Fergie one last time, along with Rio and Evra is his staff.

They'll lose at the Emirates, get relegated effectively and we bring out Arsène to give them some memorabilia. Meanwhile Neville is crying in the stands.

If just 1 of these promoted teams is even somewhat respectable, there's a great chance it happens.

If we sign Mbuemo as well, and considering we have 1 game a week - Top 5 should be a realistic challenge.

The only issue is the striker market is so **** right now for us without Europe. I'd rather get a pensioner signing like Zlatan/Cavani for a year if we could until the market improves. I think I'd prefer Mateta to Delap.
You haven’t learned anything from the pensioners overthehill signings club made since SAF?

There’s no quick fixes to your problems. You must accept the club will be in transition for the next three seasons at least. Getting rid off the deadwood with high salaries is far more important than signings at the moment. If done, that alone will put the club in much better health than signing a few oldies with massive wages and getting into Europe.

Clear out the higher earners and replace them with young, highly rated players on low wages. Get into Top 8 next season. Then next year summer, sign 3-4 players from proven EPL to push into Europe.

Gradual improvements with refined wage structure is the correct and sustainable approach. Your recommendation hadn’t worked before.

all of this, just for 8 mil ?
The embarrassment of losing to the hong kong all-stars isn't worth it to the team or their brand?
Definitely doesn't help with the team building at the end of a long depressing season.

How would old red nose do in this situation? if he came in with united in the relegation zone midway through the season. He would probably save them unfortunately, even at his age.

No way. SAF will get destroyed in this league unless PGMOL bail him out.

They lost to Asia All Stars 3 a week ago, but the good times are coming again:

Teams also look set to be losing big players. Cunha at Wolves. Hujsen and Kerkez strongly linked away from Bournemouth. Eze, Mateta, Mbuemo, Wissa all key players heavily linked to transfers.

With no European football for us, I’d expect a marked league improvement. We’ve seen Newcastle, Forrest and others have strong domestic campaigns not having to deal with juggling European competition

Hand in hand (weaker opposition, stretched with European campaigns and us concentrating solely on the league), it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if with more goals in the squad we quickly get from 17th back up to challenging for European places again
One game a week, can be no excuses in terms of fitness and performance levels.

With a decent fransfer window. Utd can definitely take advantage of the extra European places, with up to 9 or 10 teams in Europe, there'll be loads of Sunday games and rotation plenty of rotation for all those teams.

Focus on getting finishing as high up the league as possible and aim to win the two domestic cups.
Believe it or not, I’m confident we gonna get top 4/5 next season. Quote me on that.
If the club uses this season as the big reset season, then bring it fecking on.
Not having games in Europe and having more games against lower league teams in the cups could be massive. Get a bit of momentum, less injuries and watch us fly.

:lol::lol::lol:
If the squad rebuild is as rumoured ie a full rebuild with only 2-4 current members surviving in the first 11, then with the right transfers I can even see a title challenge with only one game per week.
I'm incredibly optimistic for next season. Top 4 finish. With Rubin in charge.
9 teams concerned by Europe... We have to take advantage. Look at Napoli, missed Europe and won their league.
You've inspired me to put a Leicester city like bet on us winning it.

Lmfao someone actually talking about a title challenge 😂 😂 😂

I do think they’ll be much better in the league purely because it’s almost impossible to be worse. Losing Bruno will be the interesting factor - yes he is responsible for everything good they do but he’s also unbelievably disrespectful when it comes to possession so losing him might somehow make them better if they can replace even half his output as I’d expect them to be much better at controlling games.
