Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
I think they have good players offensively can make difference.

We'll see what the next weeks bring but one thing for sure they won't be facing side will completely forgot about playing football after 30 minutes.

In fact if they played like that against any team they'll be in trouble.

However these past two wins against title challenges should give them the full confidence finish 4th

The overreaction is too much. Let's wait and watch what he does vs low blocks. That's where everyone struggles. Especially next season when they are in Europe and in case they keep him. Or else it will be ole 2.0 who also had great record vs City but things really went downhill soon. He seems to have more about him than just vibes Ole though

Honestly thier performance against city was like 10x better than today. they scored two but missed many opportunities. However because of where they are currently out of cups they'll welcome every win specially like this today away against Arsenal that last time lost home league game was in April I believe.

So they building confidence the thing with utd you just don't know what will happen they can go back to s**t mode again

fair play, the improvement in United is incredible.
From an attacking perspective I’m jealous of the job he’s done, their attack looks direct and fluid. Ours is a mess

I want Carrick to succeed, but the situation Amorim left us in was so bad that improvement was almost inevitable.

The fixes so far were glaringly obvious but very much needed. Mbeumo looks far more effective for us as a centre-forward where he can use his back-to-goal qualities, while pushing Dorgu higher up makes sense, he struggles defensively, but at least he can put in a shift out wide and is a relentless runner. Starting Kobbie Mainoo immediately gives us an outlet who can actually carry the ball and play with technical quality. Moving from a back three to a back four has allowed players to return to their most natural roles, Shaw at left-back rather than centre-back being the clearest example. Bruno Fernandes, our most creative player of the last five years, is finally being used in his natural role as an attacking midfielder and the goals and assists are coming back.

On top of that, we’ve had a bit of luck with injuries, with Lisandro Martinez and Harry Maguire returning. Unfortunately, the young Leny Yoro was costing us games, he just isn’t ready for this level yet.

He’s doing a good job so far but I'm not buying the messiah complex just yet, my frustration is really with what Amorim was trying to do for so long. Even if our current XI is weaker than what Amorim fielded game to game, we now have players that are playing in their most comfortable positions, and on the bench we have players that can genuinely change a game, Cunha, Šeško and Mount. That’s something we always had back in the day, real options to alter matches from the bench.

It was always going to be the case that anyone who wasn't a complete idiot nerfing the entire squad with his stupid system was going to see an improvement. If Zubimendi and Saliba hadn't decided to throw the match, they were on their way to a pretty comfortable loss so while you give credit where it's due, False Dawn FC shouldn't be taking too much from this. They themselves actually contributed very little to their victory relative to the gifts Arsenal gave them.

I still believe the team got potential because of thier attack will be interesting to see what they do in summer a midfielder should be number one.

The most annoying thing now is we gonna go all week about how back utd are.

Its all my fault

Yeah you actually might have caused this. Now talk about how we're back lol

Bruno, Mbuemo and Cunha is honestly a great trio.

Carrick just needs to keep things simple as he did today and they’ll climb up the table.
They're in 4th place. How much higher do you expect them to climb? 😂

They do have a realistic chance to finish 4th this year though. Liverpool have their own issues and Chelsea aren't that good.

Yeah they are playing similar to how they did under Solksjaker. Play a compact team and then spring counter attacks quickly. It’s against the teams where they are expected to dominate the ball where they might struggle but let’s see

Arsenal Quotes

In a football match anything can happen, the players, 90 minutes, fantastic moves, an element of luck, talent, courage, and touch of magic and, for those who are watching these men play, the search for excitement, for a memory, for a lesson in life.
