The best karma for celebrating stealing our "talent" who can hardly even even get a sniff on their 1st team bench and now out on loan to rot

The fact this guy moved there for first team opportunities is comical in hindsight. The very next season after he left we had a striker crises which brought about Merino upfront, that may have been the perfect opportunity for this kid to grab his chance, instead he was impatient and left for where the grass was most certainly not greener.

In hindsight the club was probably right in letting him walk, looks painfully average technically now that he's not playing against kids half his size anymore.

I read that apparently JJ Gabriel is extremely unhappy at not being included in their UCL squad and that he did not play for them against Sabah. After that he decided he hasn't been given enough chances with the main team and is determined to leave

**** this guy's dad. He's a nut case that played for us once. We don't need the drama. He will be crying for minutes here as well within 6 months. People thinking we are going to keep Dowman, Ngumoha and Gabriel happy are smoking the loud. Let alone Nwaneri if we decide to keep him. If we're in it to flip them all on for a profit then crack on Berta.

He's a United fan and given that they offered him a better wage than we were prepared to offer sealed the deal. Was more annoyed at them getting Heaven even though he stood no chance here with Salmon ahead of him.

So let me get this straight. United’s version of Max Dowman has reportedly thrown down the gauntlet and is edging toward an exit because he didn't come on against Shabba Ranks FC in the Champions League, and is now following every Real Madrid player on Instagram. Oh, and his father is an ex-Gooner who changed his Irish sounding surname to Gabriel for marketing purposes? I shouldn't have to know so much about a 15 year old boy, but here we are. United, rather surprisingly, are not in the wrong. If the kid (or his dad) believes there are greener pastures, let them go. They have too many issues to be worrying over a teenager. Luke Shaw is their best left back in 2026 and he wasn't good enough 10 years ago!!!

Isn’t his dad an absolute head case who got him to change his name because it wasn’t cool enough?

Problem with talents this young is they’re likelier to turn out like Sancho than Rooney.

Football development is very hard to predict.

Changing the name you gave your own son for marketing reasons is next-level larping. If I were a great-grandparent, I'd wake up from the grave and haunt the bastard.
