I think Rangnick effect is more a long term of what he can transform Man United into not what Man United can achieve this season. He will implement his football style to the club and change the way how the scouting team find new players and also help the board to find manager who suits to his football style and continue the football philosophy he is trying to implement to the club. He could also show United how to coach first team players and the youth academy players to play his style.

Just look at RB Leipzig has became? Do you think RB Leipzig became relevant because of Nagelsmann? Nope, Rangnick is the no 1 reason. RB Leipzig's football idea and philosophy came from Rangnick.

Whether it will work out or no who knows but Im excited to watch good football on the pitch.
