Mate, let's all laugh at Tottenham!

The Tottenham squad just isn't that great on paper. They performed better than expected under Conte but they lack quality in midfield and defense. Lloris isn't that great anymore either.

I can't see them challenging for the title unless Liverpool has a poor year and City get complacent later in the season because nobody is chasing them.

It definitely helps when the refs are on your payroll. They're a joke club, gifted more favorable calls than Prime Fergie's Utd. and they still win nothing. Conte is not a character either, he's a repulsive, arrogant, unsportsmanlike little man who fits that scummy little club to the letter.
People who like Conte on AM probably never saw him coach Juve or Chelsea. Guy usually acted like a deranged clown at the sides.

But I'm not surprised, the people on AM who twerk for Conte would throw shade at Tets had he acted like a bambi spastic clown at the sidelines.

Bit funny how they're praised for their transfer business yet none of them have started a game yet.
I thought that was the whole point of trying sort things out early in the window. Had everyone signed by early July, had a full preseason but they aren't deemed ready to start games. Noted.

Didn't the owners put in a cash injection of about £150 million ? They spent 50 on Richarlison, 25 on Bissouma, 18 on Spence and got 25 for Bergwijn. The rest were loan or free signings. Considering they have CL football this year, where's the rest of the money? Don't they have enough cash flow for day to day operations?

Think new stadium is soaking up a lot of money

Edit - Looks like they owe £750m over 21 years so £35m a year.

What's also interesting is that Romero and Kulusevski are still on loan until 2023 and after that they will buy them permanently. Lenglet is also on loan.

Interesting to watch how much they are able to spend on new players next year.
