It was a mistake not to sign him, its clear now.

A shame really, he would have been excellent as starting competition and rotation.

Awful Sp**s side? But he has spent "a couple of Van Goghs" on that side. But of course it cannot be his mistake if the squad is awful right?
He took over halfway through last year, he got CL right away and turned around a club in free fall. Sp**s havent invested enough in club for years now; so no it usnt Conte's fault although thir kast window is his fault. is he responsible for past under investment?

I see this statistic is impressing a lot of Sp**s fans, who feel that had they not had their injury issues to players like Kulusevski, their XG would be the highest and they could have been top of the league.

This shows a lack of understanding of XG and what it means. Yes it means you get into goal scoring situations, but it doesn’t tell you how you get into them. Sp**s are a dangerous team of course, but they are also one dimensional mostly, and that is what makes them inferior to other teams they sit around. This high XG is mostly from the fact that they play for the counter attack, which like a penalty, inflates numbers.

Next time a Sp**s fan raises this stat or similar with you, simply ask them where this high XG was against Chelsea, West Ham, Arsenal or United was. Hopefully it dawns on them the limitation of their play, and how far behind they actually are.

It's amazing really. This one thinks OUR games have been close and unsustainable.
Yeah, and is totally ignorant how the refs took away a clear win against Southampton.

This season the narrative will be that we are the VAR team. Because like here you can see, the opposition fans don't know all the details because they don't watch all our matches usually.

For example the Gabriel handball first hit his chest from close range, then arm, but they don't want to hear about it naturally and keep their false information view about it.

Think this is an issue with majority of fans, rarely are enough games of opposition watched other than highlight reals of competitors. In all honestly if it was it would likely take some more of the fun out the banter and rivalries.

I do find it sickening how their fans have always had the inept ability to have such blind faith. Always twisting a narrative to a screwed sense of reality and passing it off as others shortcomings.

They remind me of a brainwashed society, following others narratives with poor basis and the inept ability to see the territory and not the map.

As humans we are programmed to avoid pain, you wouldn’t touch a burning stove again and again, so we can’t really blame them for the way the act.

In the above post nothing is mentioned of Martinelli and United, nor will these things ever be.

Let them spew over their football and find reasons to try alleviate the pain. They will get results, they will also continue to suffer the same pain repeatedly.

They also had a few more penalties than us right?

There's clear bulge over Son's left eye showing in this video. Pretty risky to play in the WC, but understandable.

Although it's not really that understandable in Tottenham's part, because if he gets a hit to that area in any way, it can postpone his recovery a lot.

One also wonders if he gets a bad hit, if his vision could be in danger. I guess the doctors know best, but looks very risky to me even with a mask.
