Tottenham are the only club in the world that would be clinging to a criminal taking them backwards. Next we'll find out Levy has been paying conjugal visits to Charles Bronson.

Been reading in Belgian media that they also want Kompany as their manager. Oh please no, he's got too much class for that club.

Part of me still can't believe how badly they are taking us being better than them, did their fans genuinely think they had surpassed us ffs 😅

6 years ahead of us (as opposed to our 21 ahead of them just before that) zero ****ing trophies (can't even be bothered to name all we have won since 1996) did they really think that's all it took to overtake a team that has over 6 times the amount of league titles as them?

If they did, they the are genuine idiots...if they are this upset over us getting good again, then that's on them...considering how big we are as a club, the odds were always in favour of that happening....they should be laughing at West Ham this season, plus enjoying the fact they will be in Europe next season...that's their level.

I can understand Chelsea fans being salty, they have won a **** ton through their ill gotten money just as we entered the stadium transition in 2006 too...us being great again should upset their deluded fans at least, especially with them being pure **** too this season.

But Sp**s fans being pissed about Arsenal winning the league, is like a Stormtrooper being angry about not being able to defeat Luke Skywalker...you don't have the facilities for that big man!

Who is going to explain to them that our "perfect fixtures" are the same fixtures as every other team has, 1 home and 1 away against everyone else. 🤣

Think you'd have to explain the concept of Mathematics first...and that is a task & a half for that lot of Goonies rejects.

Let's be honest though, 6 years in front of us isn't a short time period and the St Totteringham's Day's prior to them overtaking us were very close with 3 of them only having 1 point in them. Then there's LasganiaGate when they should of finished above, probably should of in 15/16 when they were in a 2 horse race.

They've gone through a period where they've had an 86 point season and a CL Final where they put Man City out. Now they're where we were during Wenger's last season or the Emery era in terms of all the decent talent being old and all the recent signings being poor. They were in a position to push on but they're signings have been flops. It's an end of the era combined with their local rivals who they were above for ages are in a title race. Ofcourse they're gutted

They absolutely should not have finished ahead of us in 2006.

They were basically playing once a week all season that year, think they went out of both cups very early too.

While we had a TON of injuries (was like Liverpool in 2021) and still managed to deservedly get 4th, play WAY better football than them (check the goal difference that season) and get to a Champions League final (and we actually played well in our European run in 2006, Sp**s' were lucky as ****)

Sp**s are pure ****e mate, just say it...proper bunch of pussies that live on excuses, and can't deal with the pressure of trying to win.

Since the Prem began in 1992, they have only one more English trophy than Swansea City...and they ain't even really English, ffs!

Wouldn't swap any of their 16/17 teams for ours? Like f*ck he wouldn't!!

Then again...if the goal is to perpetually fail, he's on to something 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Why do they keep bringing their loser 16-17 team up like it's some wonderful bar that all teams aspire to, ffs...they lost every important match that season and 6 years later, have gone on to still win **** all

And yes all our current team (and manager especially) are better than all their serial bottlers from that side.

While I sort of agree that we don't have world class superstars in our team and we win largely because of a massive systematic team effort. What level of dellusion is there to think they had better players in every position in their peak years? And who were their world class player anyway? There's Kane but even then he's **** for England and him aside I don't see who they think they have who's obviously better than our players.

The best part is that their best team ever (16/17) are very close to being out performed by this team of average players. In almost every single metric of measurement. The only area where Potchetino's best comes close, is defensively. With them conceding 26 goals in their best season ever. And for context, City's best team 17/18 conceded 27 goals, and Liverpool's best ever conceded 33 goals. This demonstrates the nature of football Potchettino's Sp**s were focused on. Well organised defensive-counter attacking football.

This is why Potchetino's best teams couldnt come to the Emirates and beat us during that time, because they didnt have enough to their game to really really threaten. And its why they couldnt win anything as well.

The second answer you copied, below this quote, is the answer. That one asking the question, doesnt understand anything about football and how it actually works.

What you are seeing from that fan, and many many others out in the football world... Is how clueless they are when it comes to football, and how you actually build a winning team.

For most of those dummies out there... it can only be... most money spent = most success.
