It's even made harder by teams relishing the joy of seeing them relegated.
Every game they play now is like a cup final for the opposition to get something off them

'IF' Tottenham were to get relegated, it would be one of those Big Historical moments in the Premier League. It would be like when Manchester City got relegated, in the mid 1990's. Then more recently, Aston Villa went down. These are teams that were Founder Members of the Premier League.

Manchester City losing their Premier League Status, after a 2 - 2 draw at home, to Liverpool. Heard the story that City thought that a draw, would be enough to keep them in the Top Flight. They were playing the ball to the corner flags, to kill time. The ex Arsenal striker, Niall Quinn, was stood by the players tunnel, listening to latest scores of other matches. He realised that City needed to win, to stay up. He ran from the tunnel, down towards the corner of the pitch, telling his City teammates that they needed to win.

Aston Villa fans at Old Trafford, where they were to experience that moment of their Club, being relegated.
It might be a bumpy ride for Tottenham, till the end of the season. The likes of West Ham United, Nottingham Forest, and Wolves, have shown some fighting spirit recently, and have been picking up points. Tottenham don't look like a team that will fight to stay up. The Club needs a rebuild, On and Off the pitch..

Speechless

They really are a car crash of a club. My family arent really speaking to me right now about football. It pains me to go and see my mum and dad this weekend as I know they will be quite upset.

Its actually staggering how the mighty have fallen, as I know we have been the most successful club since time began, but there was a time in the Poch era, with the new stadium, and they did kind of keep beating us at their new gaff, that I thought they were going to have their time and compete.

I cant see how they will survive this relegation fight, and actually survive as a club. They have massive debt, some big earners and will have to sell on the cheap.

Weirdly since Levy has gone they have gotten worse!

Funny, but sad, but still funny.

I love that they begged Levy to go, even though he did a very good job (by Sp**s' standards) only to get relegated in the first season he leaves lol.

Sp**s CV under Levy for 23 seasons, 2 trophies.

Sp**s CV in the 23 years before Levy joined, 4 trophies.

Barely any difference ffs, blame your loser managers and players under him that let you down 😅

Amazing when you put it like this.

Levy turned that club from a glorified West Ham, to a club that was getting into the CL with the best facilities in the countries. I didn’t even know that trophy stat. They make out they were winning trophies regularly before him.

It says a lot that the last time we lost to them, Rob Holding got a 2nd yellow for repeated fouling 7 mins after his first yellow. No great surprise we finally shifted him on.

But of the starters, only Gabriel, Saka, Martinelli and Ødegaard are still at the club. Looking at their team, only Bentancur, Davies and Kulusevski remain. Easy to see which team improved in that time.
