Good post, I made a similar one in the Let's all Laugh at Spuds thread.

They're just 06-13 Arsenal 2.0. Everyone thinks they're a club on the up, as did we. Hoping their players will all develop together and dominate for years to come. If only life was so simple.

Mods this may need to be moved to the Sp**s thread, but is there any information on what the cost of moving to a new stadium is to them and how they will be positioned financially for their period of transition.

Does renting Wembley, having larger crowds per game, the increased financial revenue in the Premier league and the Nfl agreement offset the building of a massive new stadium.

Surely not that much?

i think it's not as financially constricting as our move was, due to the factors you mention, also they blackmailed the local council into coughing up some of the money by threatening to go to the Olympic stadium... bunch of c**** that they are...

Their move won't be as strenuous, the increased matchday revenue from Wembley alone will be advantageous to them.

Still, construction on their new stadium will cost up to £800M, no chance will they be able to recoup that through matchday revenue, tv money and the NFL agreement. They will still be under significant financial strain.

They could always cash in on the likes of Kane and Alli ;).

What are they receiving from the NFL?

This 'Sp**s squad harmony' the media bang on about sounds like bullshit. Rumour today is now Walker wants out, refusing to sign a new contract along with Alderweireld. These players know they'll be in demand in the summer, Walker has been linked with City and even Barca.
If Sp**s don't win the league they could loose both in summer, hopefully Dele Alli and Kane follow them.

If Barca come knocking they'll leave even if they win the league. City will give a massive increase on their salary, so they'll be off either way.
