I wonder if Ange will take this injury crisis on board and adapt his approach going forward?

He wont change after he has been endlessly indoctrinating them with how they play for 18 months now. There is one thing that is blaringly clear when Ange is manager - this is the way we play. If you suggesting he tones back the full throttle approach - its not going to happen -its core to his principles and he would lose all credibility with the players to change his core principles.

Yeah, so the only solution for them is to build the team to handle that style.

Guess we'll see, it looks like the players and club will back him. It will be interesting to see where they are a year from now.

Ange won’t be there a year from now, it’s pretty obvious at this point. Their fans are openly mocking him now

Tbh i doubt he willl be there. I reckon 90% fans want him out now. There have been some rumours they have been talking to Allegri - how insane is that given their recent past with the haramball of Conte if true.

They are supposedly interested in silva, iraola and frank also. Silva would be the most likely, doubt they could get Iraola who will be in massive demand if he finishes the season with the cherries well.

The Guardian’s Football Weekly Podcast destroys Daniel Levy:

“There’s a direct link between wage bill expenditure and success in football, but… Sp**s have the lowest wages to revenue ratio in the PL… that in itself shows a lack of ambition.”

I think the opportunity for them to challenge for major honors has well and truly passed them for the forseeable future. The closest they were to truly challenging for major honors were during the peak of Poch. That team were still bottlers but the quality they possesed player wise was undeniable. The current team is a shell of that, Son the only one still remaining and he's past his prime. There was still a period post-Poch were they could have recovered but I think it's too late now.

Ange wants out. More than the fans. You can tell.

He is not happy there.

Arsenal Quotes

I believe one of the best things about managing people is that we can influence lives in a positive way. That’s basically what a manager is about. When I can do that, I am very happy.
