His first game is against Arsenal. I wouldn’t talk sh1t until we beat him first. Straight away he will have a chance to have all their fans love him
Exactly my thoughts.
Tudor is madman, people in Croatia call him Psycho, and nobody knows what he will do with Sp**s.
His first game is against Arsenal, how should Arteta prepare for this match?

Nah, there is no excuse not to win when they can barely field 11 players. Even if some of their players come back by NLD, they should be rusty.

Juventus should hang that photo on the wall of the manager’s office. A reminder of the importance of success

What did Tudor even achieved get all those high profile jobs?
Doesn't he have an impeccable record in relegation scraps in Serie A?

Someone was talking about it on a you tube podcast i had on in the background, but I was interested enough to pay much attention. So I could be wrong.

I think he is like pulp fiction's "the wolf" for teams facing relegation in Italy, a professional relegation manager that is brought in specifically to solve that problem.

Saw a recent talksport clip where they talked to 4-5 Arsenal fans about whether they would prefer 1) win the PL and Sp**s get relegated 2) win the PL and CL.

All but one fan says its a tough decision but they would probably prefer the former 1). You might say these are handpicked Talksport callers, who might not be the sharpest tools in the shed.

But I also remember Tim Stillman saying he would prefer we lose the Europa league final if it guaranteed that Sp**s would lose the CL final in the Emery year.

Is this an English cultural thing? are you the type of guys who are more worried about what car your neighbour is driving than what you are driving yourself?

Weren't the fan tokens just a way to raise crowdfunding for player wages?

"We know there's a cost of living crisis right now, but imagine your poor players driving in to training in a 5-year old G-Wagon instead of a shiny new one. Please gift today."

I'd love to see them relegated, but not at the expense of winning things. Yet if you asked a Sp**s fan, they'd actually take that scenario! 🤣

I’ll take a shot at this.

Arsenal fans who would rather see us lose a Europa League final than watch Totspur lift the Champions League are probably those who live in North London and have friends, family, or colleagues who support Totspur. The rivalry between the two clubs is driven primarily by geography. Arsenal have won more trophies and have a richer history. If Totspur were based in South London, this would likely be just another London derby, similar to matches against West Ham or Crystal Palace.

I don’t live in the UK, although I’ve been to London more than ten times to watch Arsenal play—never against Totspur, as the ticket prices are outrageous. Personally, I loath Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Manchester City more than Totspur.

United because of the rivalry during the Ferguson vs. Wenger era—they often had the referees in their pocket ,but were also a strong team and beat us convincingly at times. Liverpool because their "entitelment". These lot think that their fans and club is god’s gift to football. And City and Chelsea because of the way those clubs are run.

That said, i would never trade a Champions League trophy in exchange for another clubs relegation. Thats just batshit crazy - and frankly us lifting a major trophy would probably hurt those fanbases almost on the same level as if their clubs were relegated

Your second para is half right as if we'd have won the EL that year, it would have been zero comfort had Sp**s then won the CL - as it happens Liverpool were so much better than them (and Sp**s had an easy if entertaining route to the final), we weren’t overly concerned before travelling to Baku. Once we lost that game we became paranoid - to the point I wondered if I could even come home, or should just find a path into the Caspian gas and oil industry…

Nah man, this isnt even a debate. Its 100000% win the league and CL. Shouldn't even be a question lol.

Arsenal Quotes

The club changed so much, I changed with it and football has changed with us... But one thing never changes: the 90 minutes still belong to the player, 90 minutes during which he is king.
