You sound like a club spokesperson.

Is it normal for them to have two days off in a row, in this kind of situation? You’d think they’d be working hard with the manager.
Frankfurt will be the start of a period of 6 games in 17 days, so you don't want to over train the players ahead of a run like that. Last season, some of the coaches believed that training too often during in the autumn led to the injury crisis we saw in December/January.

So did we do that too in the first two blocks of the season?

I would not 100% count on that anymore, Flick looks more and more like a candidate for the longterm. If they continue like this, he'll remain head coach

Flick is a muppet puppet. Nowhere near an international Top class Manager. What you see is the Bayern players not playing against their coach anymore. And Flick probably relies on the ringleaders like Neuer and Müller, that is why they are contempt right now.

That's, like, your opinion, man.

Expect nothing from the board and you won't be disappointed. It's gotten to that point.

This is not changing under Kroenke unless we bring someone in like Arsène or Dein to be a higher up. Need people that actually care about the club.

Yes, here's an example from earlier this season:
Arsenal players were sent on a team-bonding session immediately after Sunday's sorry capitulation at Watford.

Sportsmail can reveal the Gunners squad had dinner at trendy Mayfair nightspot Novikov just hours after surrendering a two goal lead to draw 2-2 at Vicarage Road.

It is understood the night out was cleared by boss Unai Emery, who has been actively trying to garner a greater team spirit among within the club.

Monday was a scheduled day off for the team, with some players taking full advantage - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang photographed leaving nearby nightclub Libertine during the early hours of the morning.
The extra day off here came because they played on Saturday, rather than Sunday.

Harsh call, neither of us knows Flick personally or his coaching abilities. There's the obvious push after a change of management but there no indication either way of what the future might bring this season.

If he wins something remarkably he he will stay and rightly so.

It's getting to the point now where you can go with "No news is good news" now. We haven't heard anything official from the board yet. You'd think if he wasn't off they would have come out & said something. It said after the game that Raul & Edu were both furious after the match aswell.

Yes 1 day, two days is still a lot it makes no sense. Players never have two days away from the club, they have tactical meetings, recovery sessions, there is more they can do other than hard training.

Something is going on.

It.

Is.

Happening.

Two days off is normal, Wenger did it as well:

They don't need to wait for days off to change the manager, Freddie could easily take training if needed.

Read the article you're quoting Americano, it says even the players were baffled to get a day off from Wenger after a bad result, two days off is even weirder.

They should be talking to each other, working on a better plan. They don't even have to train but they should be together right now.

This makes no sense.

They want to keep the players away from reporters when they announce Emery's departure, that's why they are not at the club today.

It's happening any minute now.
