Don't think there is any before in this scenario, both clearly being worked simultaneously, wouldn't read too much into when reports release saying we've bid.
The deals can be worked on at the same time. For all we know there's back and forth between us and Leeds right now trying to establish an appropriate second bid.

no it says that a centerback is only the third most important position theyre targeting, not that other CBs are ahead of Martinez for United.

Don't give af how much we pay as long as we get our targets. No one will care about the price if they prove to be good signings. If they end up to be poor to average signings, they'll be criticized regardless of the amount paid.

In fact this might be done already and just Ajax asking Arsenal to wait as they did with Dortmund. Haller to Dortmund is already done but they want to wait with making it official until july first, so it is part of the next book year instead of the current one.
