No. The toxicity was triggered by the fact that the team was INCONSISTENT. Klopp himself said this about his Liverpool team. You can't challenge for trophies without your team playing consistently at the top level, week in, week out. You'd lose games yes but you need to see a pattern of behaviour from your players. We didn't have that under Wenger's final years and Emery.And that's weird since the toxicity was triggered by the fact that we failed to win the big trophies. Well, we are not winning the big trophies under Mikel Arteta either so it should be toxic now aswell. But the atmosphere isn't toxic, its not even slightly irritated and thats because a lot of fans support the manager rather than the club. We have won nothing since the Covid year with Arteta in charge and that should make the fans incredibly frustrated but there is an absurd amount of patience for a guy with a nothing CV and thats bizarre.
