Saw footage of just before it. The guy driving has pulled down the wrong way or something by the looks of it,the fans start hitting the car and so on. He's beeping and shouting, trying to back up; it gets more aggressive from the crowd and him. Seems he panicked and put his foot down.

Some people are older than they look. My boss is around 50 years old but he looks like he's in his early to mid 30s

Truly Shocking in what was supposed to be, a Bank Holiday Premier League Title Parade Celebration, for Liverpool FC.
From what I can gather at this early stage, this tragic act wasn't planned in advance. But a tragic incident, that happened in the heat of the moment.

Sky Sports are saying a “53 year old white British man” was arrested. Weird reporting? I know why they are doing it though.

That aside, the driver did not look 53, he looked 25-30. Some are even questioning if he’s white.

You can leave panics out of it. A female will panic in that situation (just like in Barcelona), but a 53y British guy just got frustrated and thought **** it.

To be honest, if a crowd is damaging my car, I would have done the same if rage took over.
