I thought scissor challenges had been outlawed?

Not sure about them being outlawed but the risk of catching someone poorly is pretty high..

  3. CaseUteinberger

    CaseUteinberger Cazorla (not Carzola ffs)

Not if it is the opposing team doing it. And especially not if it is Mike Dean refereeing against us. Worst scum bag biased ref in the league. That he is allowed on a PL pitch is such a disgrace.

Just hope our player isn’t too badly injured.

Anyone know anything about Lucas’ injury?

Knowing us it will be either he's miraculously fit for the next game or out for the season. Nothing in between.

Remember when he came on against Olympiacos and was left unmarked.

You could see him struggling to find a pass, he turned once, turned twice then panicked despite no pressure on him and passed it to nobody.

His dad said he’s ‘fine’. Apparently just an ankle sprain.

How's this related to his injury?

****ing hell!!!! As if we needed another player, and least of all Torreira, injured! Let’s hope it is a small fracture and he heals well.

If it's not severe he'll be fit in 2 months. But that's mean his season likely is over.

He should be back by the time the Copa America starts in June.

Oh well. Apparently it was a “great tackle” in some eyes. That’s all that matters really.

    Get well soon fella.

It was Fair tackle but he gone strong to the ball. These things happen in football.

Disagree. He went in to wipe him out. There were a fair few other strong tackles by them just before that. They completely backed off after the injury. Ironically we scored in the added extra time. The incident kind of tipped the game in our favour TBH.

Used to love Vieira chopping someone down with one.

Unfortunate his ankle fractured but step up AMN.
