Make or Break February

So tomorrow is the first day of February. A month that has been historically bad in terms of results for Arsenal F.C.

This year however Arsenal play ONLY FIVE matches in the entire month. That’s right just five games in 28 days.

Here is our fixture list for February.
- Home vs Everton on the 3rd.
- Away at Wembley vs Tottenham on the 10th.
- Away against Ostersund in the EL on the 15th.
- Home leg against Ostersund on the 22nd.
- And finally the Carabao Cup final against Man City on the 25th.

All of these games are must win for Arsenal if this season has to end on a positive note.
Win against Everton and Sp**s necessary to keep pace in the PL. Win against Ostersund required to keep the EL (CL) hopes alive and a Cup final win against the best team in England would sky rocket the team’s confidence!

All the key players are available and we have just signed two new exciting forwards. No excuses for the players and the manager to not give a 100% and turn our February fortunes this time.

Make or Break February for Arsenal and Arsène. If we win all five games the season could still end on a bright note and the players would be motivated going into the last three months. Lose even one of those and the negativity will go through the roof.

So COYG!

I'll second all of this, but I'm dreading the intense media attention we're going to get

The media will always hate on Arsenal while praising Tottenham. That’s just the way it is going to be.

The club, the manager and most importantly the players need to stop focusing on the media and get on with the task at hand.

We have done all we could off the field. It is the turn of the players to turn it on.

And the manager too. Don’t forget that. Let's hope Wenger doesn’t put out another stupid starting lineup this February or else we could be in serious trouble.

Need to win the away game in the Europa League and rest a few in the return leg which is only a few days before the final.

We don't need a make or break the league for us is over top 4 all but over too.

The only thing we have to do is improving our away form.

Look, you couldn't hang a pair of skiddy pants on these mugs. How can you, when you see what you see. You can't.

It's always make-or-break time.

Top Four has almost gone. We don;t need to win the two Europa League games, just the tie.

I'd be very happy with 4 points in the league, progressing in the EL and winning the Haribo Cup.

No wingers, no defenders worth a toss. A midfield carcass that is undroppable for some reason. A disjointed attack. And that's before you get to Wenger.
Wenger make us really unbalanced this season he changes a lot and the cost us in away games he really changed his defense too much

I still think top 4 is within reach. We’re not suddenly going to become a good defensive team, but we can minimize our weaknesses by doing simple things. Our spacing for the midfield has to improve. We can’t have our fullbacks bombing forward all the time and leaving gaps that our midfield is too slow to fill. With the attacking talent we now have, we can transition from defence to attack much quicker, so we need to be conscious about quicker balls behind the defence without having everybody bombing forward.

Should be a nice February with 4 home games coming up.
Tottenham have outplayed Liverpool and United at Wembley so it could be tricky.

And that's before you get to Wenger.
No. Wenger is the first of our problems. In fact I would say Arsenal’s problems start with Wenger and end with the board.

Btw this month is make or break because the team needs to build some momentum before the Cup final like we did last season before the FA Cup final.

If, God forbid, Arsenal get knocked out of the EL and get trashed in the Carabao Cup final then it would be a long three months for everyone associated with the club. Wenger and the players need to stand up this Feb.

What we should mainly be worrying about is getting into the Champions League for next season, whether that is through top 4 or the Europa League. Then we get some good players in the summer and crack on from there.
To be 100% honest I would love to go into the CL having actually won something. Fourth place is NOT a trophy and should never be treated as such.

With that being said winning the Carabao Cup against the best team in England would be a massive confidence boost for the players and the fans.
