I agree. Fabregas was worth minimum £50m, but Wenger’s hands were tied. He could have been a bit tougher though.

Management isnt just about tactics, its often about building belief in a team and getting them to execute when it matters. Arteta should be using her as a resource on the pyschological/social aspects.
