Yeah of course he is, but it’s comparable as Freddie came in took us further away from top 4 it took years to rebuild.

Cesc while much better than Freddie could come in and take us away from challenging.

I think Cesc needs to marinate a little longer.
Why are people mentioning Freddie's tiny little stint of like 5 games and saying that crippled the club for years? He didn't even have his own coaches.

Wtf? He was cleaning up the literal dog **** served up by Emery.

Have you got dementia? Freddie managed 4 games.

Cesc won’t be there next year. Now or never.

I mention Freddie because it took years to recover after he took over.

You want to replace a Spanish nerd with another Spanish nerd ?!
Another ex player as manager ?!
Fabregas would be another "project" and it would be another "trust the process" journey.

First thing you would get is he’s a young manager. Give him time. And the P word word be branded all over again…project

Wenger needed a bit of saving from himself with regards to being very hesitant in the transfer window.

If he had the Berta or even Edu structure we have now we’d have been fine with him.
But at the same time if Wenger were here we wouldn’t have so many limited players. Definitively players like Rice, Timber, Martinelli, Hincapié, Merino and Gyokeres would be around here all together. Wenger did wonders with a limited player like Coquelin sorrounded him with Cazorla and Jack and some others. But not so many limited dudes at the same time.

It is not problem that he left, there is quite good reason to left for Barcelona in that time as the best club in Europe and to leave Arsenal who wasn't that ambitious and were settled more to fight for top 4 than to win titles.

But went on strike, want to pay to leave and doesn't want to play for us as still Arsenal's player is really classless, also being Arsenal captain and went to Grand Prix instead of watching our game, really **** stuff from him.
This is all true then I remember what I was like at the age he was then and it becomes a lot easier to empathise. his frontal lobe wasn’t even fully developed at the time he left us

As I’ve gotten older I 100% understand why players have to put themselves first as well, they don’t have much time and these clubs don’t give a f*ck about them once they stop performing, they’re just assets.

What do you guys want from a manager? I remember AM used to say they want to win even if they play like Stoke. That has shown to not really work at a club like ours, it’s frustrating, puts people to sleep and makes football less enjoyable.

I think an Arsenal manager has to be someone who plays a brand of football where you are going out to attack teams and be on the front foot.

You have to enjoy the football. There has to be a buzz about watching your team. Arteta has taken all that away.

What do we all want?

Arsenal Quotes

The club changed so much, I changed with it and football has changed with us... But one thing never changes: the 90 minutes still belong to the player, 90 minutes during which he is king.
