Managerial Changes

if you cant tempt Gerrard probably a move that makes sense with Roy going to a role upstairs

Palace have some big contracts up this summer & already shifted Meyer in Jan so a good time for a new manager to rebuild the squad

Palace is a dodgy move for any new coach. They have some quality youth coming through but the next couple of years they could be in trouble. They’re a Zaha injury away from disaster, take away Roy’s defensive system and they could be in big trouble.

Hodgson hasn't been there as long as Dyche obviously but you can see both Palace/Burnley struggling the day either of them leave. I don't think Palace should get to clever with their next appointment, we saw what happened with De Boer.

They need a rebuild, The squad is quite stale and probably time for them to drop down the table a bit whilst they rebuild. As you say their youth looks very good...it wouldn't be a bad time to integrate a few from the youth teams in. Especially like the look of David Omilabu

Gerrard has gone above a Palace type job. Little or no money, a squad rebuild needed etc. Lampard doesn’t have many choices now, his stock has fallen.

I would’ve appointed Eddie Howe. Both like to play younger players so the kids will get a chance.

Palace is a very tough job. Big test for Frank, fair play if he takes it.

Yeah, this is not an ideal job choice if you're Frank. Sure it's less pressure but it's a job that's designed for failure and will worsen his reputation when it goes badly but he doesn't have anything else. This is a squad that needs a massive makeover with contracts expiring in the Summer.

Cooper would be brilliant if they’re going down the youth route. Handled that super England u17 team and has done a good job at Swansea from what I’ve seen. Think they’ll struggle for a couple of years whoever they get though.

Dyche's football might not be pleasing on the eye, but it would have been interesting to see what he could do at Palace.

Lampard would be a huge mistake for Palace, I'd bet on them to get relegated if they do that. Not to banter Lampard, it's just genuinely such a big job. They need someone more experienced. People don't grasp how big a summer they have ahead. They have like 17 players out of contract, they literally need to buy a new squad. It could go really wrong for them.

Arsenal Quotes

When you grow up with a club and you end up playing for them and winning things, you are from that club. I was born here. I was formulated here.
