checking his career seem he only had success at Luton at stoke it was horrible experience only 15% winning percentage . seem a risky appointment for Southampton.

Not a new manager but apparently Watford are about to land Ben Manga, chief scout at Eintracht Frankfurt. Very dodgy move if true, even if moving from a CL to a Championship club is ridiculous there's been reports friction between Manga and his new boss. Dodgy however because apparently he's to become Watford's DoF and he's extremely media shy, would make zero sense when he's barely given interviews here already.

If it does happen expect Watford back in the PL in no time. Imo the chief architect of getting Frankfurt from close to relegation to two domestic cup finals, one EL semi, a domestic and a European trophy + CL Ro16 within six years. Scouted the likes of Rebic Jovic Haller Kamada Ndicka Muani etc for peanuts, should be doing bits for @Nacho mansdem most likely

Can't believe he been there 4 years seriously no improvement were made Southampton put too faith in him to turn things around.

Tbh 3 years straight staying up at a club like Southampton looks like a good enough job to me. Not saying he's a great manager but I definitely don't think you can objectively say he did a bad job or was a bad hire.

I honestly can see Everton sack Lampard during the world cup they at are so dreadful but it's not 100% his fault the club been build horribly. They just got humiliated against Bournemouth today

They should. He is not a good manager. Didnt really made them better last season but the teams below wasnt good enough so they avoided relegation.

Yeah he’s probably a good coach just a terrible career move for him, can’t believe he spent 4 years there. Tbh the owner isn’t that rich, he’s buying up some tiny clubs in Europe but compared to some PL owners he’s a very small fish, that club is just treading water doing nothing.

Think tuchel will be waste for national team he proven himself good club manager.

Germany problem isn't manager because Flick is quality manager but Germany players aren't taking things seriously they need serious shake up.

Listening to his interviews it sounds like he loved coaching and the day to day. Would like to see him back at club level, too young.
