when you compare England Spain Germany France Portugal with Italy they just far behind no stand out players just bunch of above average players that don't give crap. they desperatly need to revamp their clubs acadamies.

You can't say that he is imposter based on 16 matches in Southampton.
Southampton were hopeless before he arrived.
Probably Premier League doesn't suit him.

Jurić has okish reputation in Serie A.
I mean, I haven't followed his career as manager so much but he was appreciated as manager of Verona and Torino.

He is connected to Gasperini, he was his player in Crotone and Genoa, and his assistant coach in Inter and Palermo.
He follows his philosophy of play, I guess that this is the reason why Atalanta hired him.
Atalanta will be his biggest challenge so far, he will either sink or swin.
