Arsenal fans didn’t care about 115 until last year. I would argue the biggest corruption to affect us, took place in the late 90’s and early 2000’s where we were clearly robbed by referees. Would say we lost 3 titles due to dodgy officials.
Rewatched the game at Old Trafford when they ended our unbeaten run. That was a painful watch. Dangerous fouls from them from the whistle with minimal bookings. Then whenever we reacted wed get booked. Horrible watch.

Maybe that is true, but in 2005 we won the FA Cup and in 2006 we played the Champions League final. I think the bigger factor was moving to the Emirates [in 2006]. That was the rupture, with our financial potential.

Today when I look back at it, I think it was really unfair to be handicapped and to sell our best players to our opponents in England, because there was no financial fair play situation. But we were consistent at the top after that, and twice came close to winning the championship again.

I always accepted to suffer in that period though, because after the Emirates was paid Arsenal would come back to compete with everybody at the same level. I always fought for financial fair play and today we are back to compete with everybody else at the same level, and you can see that in the league table.

Yeah don't think anyone can debate that, we literally blew City out of the water just last year when it came to Rice.

It's definitely taken a long time to get there tho and obviously City have done a lot since which gave them a massive advantage but in the last few seasons you can see we're not being outspent by them.

We are not some financial powerhouse relative to other big clubs mate. Its about the same. We are spending in and around the same as most top clubs. Maybe a little more last summer.

City didnt come in with a second offer because at that time it was clear Rice picked us. He has even said it him self he wanted the challenge.

We didn't blow City out of the water paying a whopping 10m more than they offered. 🤣 Rice told them no when he was assured that we were serious. They didn't back down because of 10m more. And um yes, they are still outspending us when their wage bill is considerably higher than ours and they pay outrageous agent fees to complete deals like the one for Haaland.

They are desperate and stalling. Blaming the cops and victim is exactly what a guilty person who is facing overwhelming substantive evidence against them would do. It is a sign of desperation going after bias, but predictable just read Blue Moon. Supposedly, City are the poor underdogs being screwed by a Cartel lead by Arsenal, Man U, and Liverpool known as the cartel

The fact that the PL executive visited the Emirates rather than Etihad on the final day last season pretty much shows they know they're wrongdoings yet not to punish them will give PL a huge diminish in image.. Especially when deducting points from clubs such as Forest and Everton. They did something similar to Swindon Town in 1990

Arsenal Quotes

I'm prepared to be committed to the club at least until we go into the new stadium. For me, it’s important that the club goes in there and that I make sure the team are at a very good level. After that, whether it’s me or someone else, the club will be able to compete at the highest level. But for me to run away now would not be fair.
