• To all AM members and guests.

For the start of the new season, Arsenal Mania has relaunched the news side of the site. All articles are written by genuine Arsenal fans with no hidden agenda. You can visit the site via the menu at the top of the forum pages or go direct to our homepage

Additionally, Arsenal Mania is now sending all its registered members a bi-weekly Briefing Bulletin containing a digest of news and views from both parts of the site. Some of you may have already received the first edition and those that haven't should do so before the big kick off against United. If you are a guest visitor to this forum then if you join as a member, you will automatically receive the Bulletin.

Please support both these initiatives and help ensure the long term future of our site.

Not sure Haaland would have signed if there was a risk of any substantial reaction, or he could have a proviso in the contract for that eventuality....

Chelsea also look like they will get away with cheating during the Abramovic years by paying a fine. Game is rigged.

I was previously quite sure they would actually get a huge points deduction or straight relegation but now I’m not sure. Their activity is so bullish, they really are the most brazen club , a bit like Trump actually, and Trump shows that approach works.

I'm not convinced it means anything.
Appearance is everything and the whole point of sportswashing.
Pep signed his contract and we all stressed about it. They then went in the worst run they've ever had.

It's.All.For.Show.

Even the fact that his extension is 115 months adds weight to this

Haaland is going to sign if the 💰💰💰 is big enough.

Isn't the verdict out in two months? Why would they not wait until then before signing such a bullish deal?

Because money means nothing to them. Image is everything

City may well get away with this.

We know the owners are not averse to a bribe or two. They may have already got to the judges and secured them generational wealth.

And your point is?

I think they are guilty as charged. They have done everything they can to secure exoneration, which likely includes bribing people. They are also making deals that makes them look like they know they will only get a slap on the wrist.

But even they don't know for sure until the day of the verdict
