If they are found guilty of even partially of what was suggested, how could a fine be acceptable? particularly after forest and everton lost points. I just dont believe it.

I think they are guilty as charged. They have done everything they can to secure exoneration, which likely includes bribing people. They are also making deals that makes them look like they know they will only get a slap on the wrist.
