Hard on crime, soft on Stan

Anyone defending him or saying he needs to have the benefit of the doubt or suggesting some phantom injury or anything of the sort is a clown. He's been diabolical. He is routinely our worst player despite the fact that we've lost multiple starters and have multiple players not even playing their actual positions. You cannot like Arsenal and like seeing Martin Ødegaard play for Arenal right now.

He's gone from being one of my favourite players to someone I'd consider replacing. That's how bad he's been this season.

I would give the captaincy to Rice or Saka pretty immediately. He is reminding me of the Arsenal we are trying not to be.

We know Arteta can be ruthless. But will he do what's needed and start Nwaneri instead of Ødegaard in Paris?

Ødegaard is holding us back. No other way to put it.

Must be the worst game of his Arsenal career right? Biggest game of the club but goes hiding and running around like headless chicken and cannot even get a single forward pass right.

We need to send him to do some surgery even if he doesn't need one

If he produces another performance like that next week and we go out, the fanbase will turn on him

I repeat myself like a broken record in this thread game after game. This guy CANNOT lead us to glory. Does not have the balls, does not have the drive, does not have the leadership qualities, does not have any physicality, cannot hold the ball under pressure, cannot play against physical quick teams , cannot make a simple pass, cannot shoot, cannot run, cannot create separation, does not have burst of speed.... I'm out.

Arsenal Quotes

An Arsenal fan, when you finish fourth, will say, “Hey, we’ve been in the top four for twenty years. We want to win the league!”. They don’t care that Manchester City or Chelsea have spent 300 or 400 million euros. They just want to beat them.
But if you finish fifteenth two years running, they will be happy if you finish fourth after that.
