FS I would have been better of saying that £40m + £1 was a stupid offer for Suarez
Well known fact excessive dairy consumption leads to more injuries.

That's not vegan.
. But he was saying he was a vegan through his worst period which clearly isn't true because he was .I'm sure there are people that went into physiotherapy or became orthopedic doctors after supporting Arsenal for the last 20 years.Loving all the physio experts giving their opinions on here. We're truly lucky to be awash with world leading authorities on sports injuries on the forum
It's not like Ødegaard is super agile, I don't think he needs to do anything drastic to his regiment or body. He needs agility and stamina more than strength in his position and with his style of play.He looked very weak when he joined us but last year it was like it got even worse.
IMO I think he needed to add some muscle at the cost of agility when he came here. Now it might be to late for him. It probably isnt 100% on his strength level but I think it would have helped.

No he is not. He was a strict vegan couple of years ago when he had the worst few years of his career result wise. Since he fixed his diet results came back
Has this ever been confirmed? Being a strict vegan is a huge no no for a professional athlete. It's a nutrient deficient diet.
Does he need to have some kind of scan to check the density of his bones? These collisions he's having shouldn't be resulting in such severe injuries .
And this is why we bought Eze @Heavy Duty Rom
Can't recall the challenge but knee clashes usually end badly for one player. I wouldn't be reading too much from this one. He's usually been quite resilient outside of the ankle last year.
I've been saying for two years that we needed another creative player in central positions outside of Ødegaard. Check my posts. Nwaneri will feature in midfield more, but he is still a teenager. I wouldn't want him playing 30 games if Ødegaard were out for an extended period. Eze is definitely a creator. Do you have the stats to say otherwise? For what? Were you not one of the people complaining about Nwaneri not getting minutes in the middle?
Either way, Eze isn't a creator or tempo setter. It will all be on Zubimendi now.
How do you think people tend to injure their shoulders? Doing little windmills in the air?Bruh he literally just got back from a shoulder injury because he fell to the ground…
Knee on knee collisions can be horrendous, anyone who has been caught in one can attest. Impact injuries are an occupational hazard, and I don’t think necessarily indicative of much else (generally). Can't recall the challenge but knee clashes usually end badly for one player. Agree. Eze is more an end product impact player like Bruno F. We can't solely rely on him to control like ode/Zubi.Eze cannot control/lead/dictate a game like Ode and Zubi do.

The main worry is shoulder injuries (if structural) have an extraordinarily high recurrence rate.
