As pointed out before, the problem with Ødegaard not being available is more about opening teams that sit deep.
Leicester and Southampton are teams that sit deep but they are two of the worst teams in the league. A Brentford or Newcastle would give us trouble I feel. It's just not sustainable, that's the main thing.

Saka has been providing the needed assists in Ødegaard's absence, not finishing them as much. We need Saka on the end of passes as much as need him supplying them. Ødegaard's return will help with that. The dynamic on the right has been a bit stiff in Ode's absence, IMO. To get to the next level - to be more effective against the whole league so we can get more points than city - we need the balance provided by both rejuvenated left side plus a healthy RS goal threat.

The flip side to this is that we arguably benefited from having two more “forward thinking” players in Kai and Trossard centrally against teams that came onto us a bit more.
It’s good to know we can play both ways if needed.

I agree the clickbait title is slightly annoying but knowing his content I knew he wouldn't be taking the easy/sensationalist angle anyway.

Him and Saka have held quite rigid positions but if there can be a bit more interchanging (Havertz dragging right with Saka coming inside, Ødegaard drifting centrally) it could unlock a different threat.
Players like Saka Ødegaard Havertz and Trossard are so clever, they should be given a bit more license sometimes to make us more unpredictable. I feel like it could help in those tough CL knock out games.

He is not the only knowledgable you tube arsenal producer that is making these clickbait titles that they then argue against.
A bit like those you tuber travel blogs where they are going to interesting places and doing interesting things but the thumbnail is an enlarged image of some chesty young lady they had passed by. I never click on them

Only an stupid one might think we are better without him playing. I'm glad finally people realised Trossard is awesome but I wouldn't think some are so short memory they forget what Ødegaard brings to the pitch.
It's obvious our best attack is with Kai, Trossard, Saka and Ødegaard all together. Martinelli is a great sub.

There were times when Trossard didn't do well starting out wide but the same could be said about Martinelli. Don't think we have an ideal solution there but with a more energetic LB like Calafiori or Timber we could do well with Trossard out wide.

However, I am baffled that someone who works professionally as a journalist would seriously write something like that. It would be more acceptable, for example, to say that Solbakken is not getting the most out of Ødegaard.

I think the problem with Norway offensively is that there's no way to combine Haaland and Sörloth with Ødegaard without sacrificing the wingers and their wingers make a big difference. Judging by the highlights Nusa played a blinder yesterday, Bobb will be a contender when he comes back, too.
If they had a dominant defensive midfielder they could do 4-4-2 but Berge or Thorsby next to Ødegaard won't cut it. Maybe a 4-2-2-2 with Ødegaard and Nusa as the AMs?

That is a good observation. I think the most likely solution will be to stick to a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1, and use Sørloth as some sort of impact/super sub.
Solbakken has been sticking him out on the right wing, but that isn't really his strength. You'd rather have Bobb there.
My suspicion is that Sørloth will have a rather meh season as Athletico. Normally he does well at one club, then he moves and does poorly, rinse and repeat.
Solbakken needs to get more out of the attacking players he's got. Fair play that the defence is poor, but there's little excuse for the lacklustre performances in attack.
