Zubi is so important to us, it only shows when he’s not playing eg West Ham. I remember clearly when he replaced Rodri in Euros. By the end of the game you had forgotten that Rodri had gone off. You can play Eze and Ødegaard together, but I think Zubi is required over Rice when we do.

May be hard to see, but he has stepped up his all around play. No longer playing too slow, he has figured out the pace of the league.

Watching him and Rice control the center last match was impressive. They were quick to react to the turnovers in the first half and kept possession the entire match.

Just wow. I have much more confidence in the two of them playing together.
