Martin Zubimendi: Zubiquity

@A_G Its actually crazy people didnt think Zubi would improve on yellow box. Did they watch same games as we did last season?
Zubi is surprisingly athletic to be fair

Wins duels both in the air and on the ground, is quick, and covers a lot of space in a way that Partey couldn't once his legs had gone

Personally I wasn't expecting he would bring such physicality when he signed

What a player, our best signing of the season so far (and we bought 8 player). Maybe even the signing of the season if we win the EPL.

Such a smart player and technically so good. He adapted really well to the physicallity of the Premier League. Besides Rice, his name is guaranteed on the team sheet.

We can only pray that he does not get injured, because quality drop from Zubi to Nørgaard is huuuuuuge.

Tried telling people he was a bit quicker but more importantly more tenacious than they gave him credit for. A lot of people just assumed he was your typical small, diminutive Spanish midfielder.

People forget, he isn't actually that small he's 5'11.

Had an excellent game as per usual. Dictated the tempo fantastically. Been a viral cog, let's hope we can keep him fit..I really want him to be rested and MLS to play his role. We need a stellar backup option.

Been way better than I expected, and I expected him to be good. Such an upgrade on El Touchy Nono, far calmer yet still has creative spark in his passing that opens up the game.

Maybe his most disappointing performance this season. The moment he got that yellow card i really told myself he won't have his best games because he'll have to be careful how to win 50/50

Looks like the intensity of the league is catching up to him, think he'll readjust and look like a quality player again soon.

As brilliant as he is and has been, he’s still acclimatising. His yellow card was bogus though. He’ll be better for the experience.

He's been played far too much. It's a shame Nørgaard is about as useful as Tomiyasu was. That said two absolutely awful yellows given against him at Sunderland and this one.

yeah dwells on the ball a little bit and felt like he was a yard slow today, think he needs to be rested.

Same problems as usual. Not up to it physically, late challenges all the time, even when he wins them, and not safe enough on the ball for a DLP. He hasn't improved at all, of course it might take time, but I'm not in my confident phase currently.

He basically played the entire match on a yellow. As a defensive midfielder that's bound the affect your game.
