For a manager he is very thin skinned. He gets riled up by basic, regular questions every manager is asked.

But then again he always has been like this. Look at this clip from decades ago. Felt like he was ready to physically fight the interviewer if they were in the same room.

Tbf, if he was qualifying or winning stuff he'd come out sounding quite good here.

This happened fairly early in his career. He couldn't get a coaching job in Australia for the next 7-8 years (i.e. he became a pundit) after this interview with Foster. It was a career defining moment. Foster had been upset with football and its governance in Australia (in general) for many years and Ange just copped the major brunt of his long seeded frustration that day. He now hails Ange as the greatest Australian manager ever. Ange was one of many who failed with the Australian junior teams, it went far deeper than his coaching.

Another question is whether Angeball is responsible for these injuries, or the amount of injuries results in overplaying and more injuries.

Guess we'll find out once they have a full strength squad available again.
I think Angeball is contributing tbh. Often happens in the first year when players are not conditioned for it. Bit I would say one difference with the Premier League is the large quantity of high intensity games. In contrast, in Asia, there are fewer games per week and even in Scotland, where you play in Europe, a majority of league games are not at the intensity of the PL.

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
They likely need big rebuild son time has passed Kane done the right thing son should have done the same.

Thier squad got good young players their fans also need to lower their expectations

I went to the Sp**s stadium for a tour yesterday with my mate, also an Arsenal fan. Put our Arsenal-scarf in the bag, which was searched, the security guy laughed a little. During the tour of their stadium, which tbf is great on the inside, I had the opportunity to make my own best eleven ever for Sp**s.

I couldn't select Sol Campbell so I gave up.

We started at their trophies, and it was such a small room with an FA Cup from 1901 and so on. The lad giving the tour was bragging about records like they were the first and only non-league team to win the FA Cup. Also they supposedly have the biggest bar and the biggest tv screen. The entire tour screamed inferiority complex.

I feel they just need to put 150m aside and sign 2-3 really top top players, and try to get their injuries back. They have enough youth, and solid players but lack elite quality.

Solanke, Gray, Kulsevski, Bergvall, Spence, van der Ven, Romero, Porro, Vicario - 9/11 they can go forward with but 2-4 quality players will give Ange enough to work with, put guys like Bissouma, Johnson, Richarlison, Son, Maddison, Bentancur on the bench. Much stronger building blocks than United who need much more.

Baleba, Cunha, Mbuemo, don’t need to take risks on overseas players they get in a group like this and they can challenge for the title.

So far this season Sp**s have given...

Moyes his first win with Everton since 2013.

Ipswich their first in the top flight since 2002.

...why do these weird things always involve them ffs!

Don't forget Crystal Palace didn't win any of their first 8 games till they played Sp**s in the 9th. Needless to say Palace got their first win of the season.

Putting the Arsenal / Tottenham rivalry aside for a moment, the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium does look Impressive. I do like Classic football Stadiums, Villa Park, Anfield, etc. The Roof Walk looks impressive, as does the F1 section.
I've seen that the Stadium has the largest Club Store in the World, and the largest Digital Display Screen for an Atrium?

Arsenal Quotes

A team can attack for too long. The most opportune time for scoring is immediately after repelling an attack, because opponents are then strung out in the wrong half of the field. All the men are expected to play to plan, but not so as to stifle individuality
